Xpeng denies being interviewed and filed; states that related information was maliciously hyped through AI

Xpeng Group’s Legal Department posted on social media, stating that they have noticed that some social media accounts are maliciously hyping information using AI applications, including claims such as “8 new energy vehicle companies being centrally summoned for interviews” and “3 companies suspected of violations being filed for investigation,” and that our company has been included in the list, causing serious harm to our company’s brand and reputation. After verification, our company has not recently received any purported “summons for interviews” mentioned in such false information, nor does it exist any investigation being filed against us. We have gathered evidence against the entities that fabricate and spread rumors, and will, going forward, pursue their legal responsibility in accordance with the law. (Cailian Press)
