Purple River Enterprise: Intends to transfer 23% equity of Purple River New Materials to Weilite

Jinshi data news on December 18th, Zijiang Enterprises announced that the company intends to transfer 23% equity of Zijiang New Materials to WeilTai. Before the transaction, the company held 58.94% of Zijiang New Materials, and after the transaction, the company still held 35.94% of Zijiang New Materials. WeilTai initially expects to purchase a total of about 40% of the equity of Zijiang New Materials. After the final transaction is completed, there is a possibility that Zijiang New Materials will no longer be included in the consolidated financial statements of the company.
