Bank of America’s latest forecast is quite interesting—they believe the Fed might officially launch a reserve management purchase program as early as January. To put it simply, this move would inject reserves into the banking system, with the goal of stabilizing SOFR rates and preventing any sudden spikes.

As for the impact on our crypto community, if this really happens, the short-term outlook is pretty positive. After all, when market liquidity loosens up, risk appetite tends to rise, and digital assets often benefit in these conditions. Of course, the specifics will depend on how it’s implemented, but at least the overall direction is a bullish signal.

Is liquidity easing really coming? If this wave actually materializes, we’ll have to see how the Fed actually implements it—let’s hope it’s not just talk.

actually hold up—january timeline feels aggressive but if we're talking basis points on SOFR stabilization, the correlation coefficient between fed liquidity injections and btc inflows historically sits around 0.67. not exactly bulletproof. still, watching the order book depth pre-announcement will be key for catching the actual inefficiency window here

Liquidity is loosening? Then you'd better get on board quickly, or you'll just end up watching others make money again.

Here comes the hype again. Every time they say it's good news, but why is it still like this?
