Five Steps to Address School Bullying.

Core Strategy: Zero Tolerance + Strict Enforcement

Step 1: Define the Incident

Clarify that it is bullying, not just horseplay
Contact the homeroom teacher → Notify the other party’s parents → Call the police if necessary
Key understanding: Bullying = Juvenile Crime

Step 2: State Your Position

Refuse to accept half-hearted measures
If not handled properly, notify the Education Bureau to intervene
Emphasize that the country is actively regulating

Step 3: Explain the Consequences

Make the other party understand the severity
「If not resolved my way → Call the police directly」
This could lead to the other child being taken into detention

Step 4: Declare Your Demands

Express rationally, not just venting emotions
Specific requirements: Public apology + Medical certificate of injury + Explanation of severity
Protect the child's physical and mental health

Step 5: Shake the Tree to Alarm the Tiger

Have the classmate apologize in front of everyone
Public warning: Repeat offense will be dealt with accordingly
Establish deterrence to prevent repeated bullying

Key Concept: Attitude is more important than method. Letting children "tolerate," "tell the teacher," or "fight back" is wrong. The correct approach is for parents to intervene assertively, using law and制度 to protect children, while establishing a deterrent effect.

The core of this method is: Protecting children is a parent’s duty, and zero tolerance with strict enforcement is essential. 🛡
