Starting at 5000U with only 3 spots, the selection process is really tough. I agree with acting quickly and listening to advice, but two weeks of trial and error might be a bit short. There should be some breathing room for swings. Discipline is not an issue, but I'm worried that once profits are made, everyone will have their own ideas and things might fall apart.
