ngl this "whale watching" discourse is just decentralization theater. empirically speaking, if we actually had robust on-chain governance mechanisms, we wouldn't be playing detective with mysterious transfers. the data suggests most people are still obsessed with price action rather than protocol health... which, frankly, defeats the whole point.
