PANews reported on August 13 that corporate filings from Delaware reveal a significant regulatory milestone: the Grayscale Cardano Trust ETF has been formally incorporated as a Delaware Statutory Trust, effective August 12, 2025. The filing documentation shows registration number 10293424.
According to the Delaware registered agent filing, CSC Delaware Trust Company serves as the registered agent for the trust structure. The entity maintains its registered office at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808, a location commonly used for financial trusts and investment vehicles operating under Delaware law.
This registration marks an important procedural step for institutional investors seeking exposure to Cardano (ADA) through a regulated trust framework.
