Minister Han Jun of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs said on March 9 at the second “Minister’s Passage” during the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress that preventing large-scale return to poverty and falling into poverty is a priority. He stated that this year marks the first year of implementing normalized targeted assistance.
