Good evening, friends!
Today, A-shares bottomed out and rebounded. The three major indices opened lower, then tested support levels. In the afternoon, the large-cap stocks helped stabilize the market, narrowing the decline, and all closed in the red. The Shanghai Composite closed at 4096.60 points, down 0.67%, touching a key support at 4052.55 points during the session; Shenzhen Component fell 0.74% to 14,067.50 points, regaining the 14,000-point level; ChiNext Index dropped 0.64% to 3,208.58 points, with a slight recovery at the close.
Market divergence was significant, with most stocks declining. There were 1,423 stocks advancing and 3,964 declining, with less than 30% advancing, indicating funds concentrated on a few main themes. The total market turnover was 2.65 trillion yuan, an increase of 447.4 billion yuan from the previous day, showing increased fund reallocation.
Sector rotation continued, with policy-driven and safe-haven sectors gaining strength. Directions such as computing power, cloud computing, and power grid equipment led the gains due to policy incentives, while cyclical defensive sectors like oil & gas and coal helped stabilize the market. Previously popular sectors like semiconductors and CPO experienced pullbacks from high levels.
Overall, today’s market was characterized by volume-driven bottoming and structural battles, with main themes leaning towards policy certainty and safe-haven assets. Going forward, focus on the support at 4050 points of the Shanghai Composite and resistance at 4106 points. In trading, maintain position control and defense, buy on dips in policy-driven stocks, and avoid high-level thematic stocks to prevent downside risks.

A few words from the heart.
I haven’t been on Taogu County for long, but seeing everyone’s messages really touches me. I’ve also experienced confusion when I first entered the market, excitement when making profits, and frustration when losing. That’s why I understand how important it is to have someone to accompany and guide you.
I’ve always believed: teaching a person to fish is better than giving them fish. The market is constantly changing, and only by understanding the logic and learning the methods can you sustain long-term success. I share my trading experiences hoping to help everyone avoid detours and gradually develop their own trading system.
There’s no overnight wealth in the stock market—only steady accumulation and consistent effort. Slow is fast, and stability leads to longevity.
A reminder: all of Lin’s articles are for rational reference only. Investment decisions should be made independently, and profits and losses are your own responsibility. I have limited time and cannot reply to everyone, so please understand.
