Wu Shuo learned that the DeFi Education Fund's Chief Legal Officer Amanda Tuminelli stated that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has decided to re-try the case of Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm this fall, after the jury failed to reach a consensus on some charges. The re-trial will continue to focus on the first and third counts in the indictment.
