Aweit announces that the shareholder Shanghai Aweit Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.2 million shares, accounting for 1.6506% of the company’s total share capital, within three months after 30 trading days from the disclosure date through centralized bidding. The shareholder currently holds 4.8 million shares, representing 6.6025%, all acquired before the listing on the Beijing Securities Exchange.
