Honestly

Lobster🦞 is only suitable for small bosses
Why?
1. Clear money-making model that requires efficiency
2. Can't afford to hire more people
3. Don't care about privacy and security
Big bosses have secretaries and don't need to raise lobsters themselves
As for cattle and horses, raising lobsters will only add to the burden
