Pang Donglai's Internet infringement case selected for the Supreme Court report

The court ordered the involved online host to cease infringement, compensate for damages, and issue a public apology to protect the company’s legitimate business rights. Additionally, the report covers cases related to strict punishment of cross-border crimes, AI hallucination liability determination, disputes over public green space occupation, and foreign investment rights protection, highlighting the judiciary’s role in promoting social fairness, justice, and high-quality economic development.
