The market is even more exciting. I’ve been watching the funding rate, and it surprisingly went into negative territory, yet open interest is still climbing—every time the shorts settle, they have to "pay wages" to the longs, but they keep holding on stubbornly, a classic short squeeze structure. From a technical perspective, it’s textbook level: the 1-hour EMA20 crosses above EMA50, a huge volume breaks out of a one-month consolidation zone, and the signs of institutional entry are unmistakably clear.
Honestly, this wave is driven by emotions and margin calls—it came quickly and will go just as fast. If you’re in the market, keep an eye on the funding rate and open interest. Once the rate turns positive or open interest plummets, it might be a sign to retreat.
