Oulun Electric's North Exchange IPO scheduled for review on March 17

Beijing Business Daily (Reporter Ma Huanchuan, Li Jiaxue) reported that on the evening of March 10, the Beijing Stock Exchange website showed that Zhejiang Oulun Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Oulun Electric”) will have its IPO review meeting on March 17.

It is understood that Oulun Electric is a comprehensive enterprise engaged in the research and development, design, manufacturing, sales, and service of environmental regulation equipment. Its main products include dehumidifiers, portable air conditioners, car refrigerators, and air source heat pumps. The company’s IPO was accepted on June 23, 2025, and entered the inquiry stage on July 16 of the same year.

For this listing attempt, Oulun Electric plans to raise approximately 754 million yuan, with all funds after deducting issuance costs to be used for projects including an annual production of 600,000 dehumidifiers and 15,000 air source heat pumps, an annual production of 30,000 air source heat pumps, R&D center construction, and working capital supplementation.
