The Guilin Municipal Tourism Development Supervision Office immediately organized joint investigations with public security, cultural tourism, and market regulation departments. After preliminary verification, the tour group mentioned in the video is the Henan Yuzhong Travel International Travel Agency Co., Ltd. Puyang Branch, with the local agency being Guangxi Guangyou International Travel Agency Co., Ltd., and the local tour guide is Meng Moumou. The suspected illegal and irregular activities of the tour group will be investigated and dealt with by the Henan provincial tourism authority in accordance with local jurisdiction. Guilin’s cultural tourism department has filed a case against the involved local travel agency and guide; market regulation authorities have investigated and collected evidence from seven related shopping stores; and public security has filed a case against sales staff Niu Moumou at the shopping stores.
