Air T Expands Global Footprint With Arena Aviation Acquisition

Air T, through its Crestone Air Partners unit, has agreed to acquire Arena Aviation Capital for over $35 million, significantly expanding Crestone’s global aviation asset platform. This acquisition will increase assets under management to over $4 billion across 124 aircraft and 17 engines. Air T is also considering selling a minority equity stake in Crestone to further consolidate its position as a full-service aviation asset manager.
