Selection rate less than 1%! Sophia secures the annual "3.15 Trustworthy Consumption Brand" honor for the second time
Consumer rights protection is the cornerstone of a healthy market development, and honest business practices and high-quality services are key to winning the market. As a leading enterprise in the custom home industry, Sophia Home has once again received authoritative recognition for its outstanding performance in social responsibility, brand value, quality management, and technological innovation.
On March 14, the 2026 Guangdong 3.15 Consumer Rights Protection and Anti-Fraud Forum was grandly held at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center. Sophia Home was invited to participate and once again hosted the Guangdong 3.15 Home Industry Sub-Forum. As the only representative in the industry, Sophia was awarded the “3.15 Trusted Consumer Brand,” the “3.15 Quality Enterprise List,” and the “Anti-Fraud Co-Construction Unit.” This is the industry’s only honor and marks Sophia Home’s second consecutive year receiving this series of recognitions.
The rarity of these honors highlights their high value. Out of 5,586 companies screened, only about 0.57% were ultimately awarded the “Guangdong 3.15 Trusted Consumer Brand.” Multiple recognitions demonstrate Sophia’s undisputed industry leadership and reflect its long-term commitment to the “Everyday 3.15” responsibility philosophy.

Showcasing on an authoritative platform
High-level forum demonstrates official recognition
The Guangdong 3.15 Consumer Rights Protection and Anti-Fraud Forum was extensive, gathering thousands of participants including leaders from the State Administration for Market Regulation, provincial authorities, and representatives from related enterprises, attracting widespread media attention. Under the theme “Enhancing Consumer Quality, Safeguarding Satisfactory Consumption,” the forum aimed to deepen consumer rights protection and create a fair, transparent, and trustworthy market environment.
Wang Bing, President of Sophia Home Group, represented the custom home industry to share insights. He pointed out that, at a critical juncture of the “14th Five-Year Plan” and with the successful conclusion of the “Two Sessions,” the country has clarified strategic directions for the “Good Housing” initiative. Sophia will play a leading role, guiding the industry to improve quality and service to prioritize consumer satisfaction, thereby accelerating the “15th Five-Year” quality revolution and realizing a better global living environment.

At the Guangdong 3.15 Consumer Rights Protection and Anti-Fraud Home Industry Sub-Forum, prominent government leaders including Xue Guoqin, former first-level inspector of the Regulations Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation; Chen Zhifeng, Director of the Sampling and Monitoring Department of Guangzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau; Hong Wei, Deputy Director of the China Quality News Agency; Liao Xiongfeng, Level 4 Investigator at Huangpu Customs; Dai Feng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Guangdong 3.15 Organizing Committee; Hou Shimei, Vice President of the Guangdong Anti-Fraud Association; Lin Bixin, Secretary-General; Wu Weihua, Deputy Director of the Complaint and Reporting Center; Zhong Hongwei, Deputy Director of the Guangdong Southern Product Quality Service Hall; and Li Xiaoling, Director of Guangdong Quality and Certification Institute, among other distinguished government officials, provided guidance and shared valuable insights for the development of Sophia and the home consumer market. Sophia’s Vice Presidents Chen Wei, Zhu Yijin, and Nie Linghui; Milan’s General Manager Liu Dongdong; Huahé’s General Manager Ma Jianqiang; and representatives of various city operators also attended the event.
Xue Guoqin expressed hope that well-known companies would share practical experiences in improving product quality and service levels, explore effective paths for industry self-discipline and regulated development, and promote high-quality industry growth.

Dai Feng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Guangdong 3.15 Organizing Committee, highly recognized Sophia’s development achievements and industry contributions. “Sophia not only strives to provide consumers with high-quality home products but also promotes industry standardization and sustainable development through strict quality management and technological innovation,” he said. “This persistent pursuit and sense of social responsibility not only enhance Sophia’s brand value through excellent product R&D and manufacturing but also demonstrate a long-term commitment to protecting consumer rights and the industry ecosystem.”

It is worth noting that Sophia, Milan, and Huahé brands under Sophia Home jointly participated in this grand event.
Sophia focused on addressing major consumer pain points such as “information overload and decision difficulty,” “frequent price wars and uneven quality,” and “customization popularity but implementation challenges.” It launched the “Sophia Full-Range Quality Assurance System” and prominently introduced the Waltz Ultra series and breakthrough “Hidden Hole Technology,” ensuring better implementation effects and more confident consumer experiences.
Milan, as a co-organizer of the Guangdong 3.15 Consumer Rights Protection and Anti-Fraud Forum, held a themed launch event titled “Transparent Factory, Trusted Consumption,” officially unveiling the “Trusted Consumption Escort Plan.” Consumers visiting any Milan store nationwide can watch the 4.0 Digital Intelligent Factory production process live.
Huahé held the “More Classic, More Trustworthy” brand strategy and franchise launch conference. Centered around the “Oriental Treasure House” IP and using wood as a medium, Huahé deeply connects intangible cultural heritage resources, bringing traditional woodworking culture into everyday life and service.

Industry benchmark confidence
Full-chain 5A high standards in product, design, and service
Sophia’s ability to receive such authoritative consumer rights recognition for two consecutive years stems from its long-term commitment to high quality and systematic innovation.
On the product side, Sophia pioneered the construction of a leading 5A system in the industry. By 2025, Sophia will collaborate with 18 authoritative institutions, including the Chinese Academy of Forestry, to co-develop and implement the “China Custom Home 5A Standard,” which, under the joint promotion of the Guangdong 3.15 Organizing Committee, has driven industry upstream and downstream transformation and progress. This standard systematically sets comprehensive, measurable high standards across four dimensions: environmental friendliness, durability, hardware, and edge banding, filling gaps in the industry’s overall quality indicators and establishing a benchmark for “what makes good customization.”
In design, Sophia innovatively proposed the “Full-Case Model,” centered on “design-driven” principles, practicing the concept of “one-time design, overall coordination.” Through integrated “fixed installation” capabilities, it achieves perfect compatibility between basic and customized furniture, allowing renderings to serve as precise guides for construction, greatly enhancing consumer confidence and overall satisfaction.
In service, Sophia adheres to a long-term perspective, standardizing service with “55 Service Guidelines,” and continuously hosting the national installation skills competition to cultivate a professional and reliable “last mile” delivery team. This solid system has earned widespread praise, with consumer satisfaction reaching 98% in 2025.
Sophia’s development history has always aimed to fill industry gaps and set quality benchmarks—from pioneering formaldehyde-free Kankun boards, participating in drafting the ENF new national standard, to promoting the “China Custom Home 5A Standard.” Each step has kept at the forefront of the industry. This persistence is rooted in a deep commitment to long-term value.
To date, Sophia has been recognized 12 times by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for achievements in green manufacturing, industrial design, and service demonstration, among others. The recent awards, including “3.15 Trusted Consumer Brand,” are a testament to its product strength, credibility, and sense of responsibility. In today’s context of increasingly deep consumer rights protection, Sophia demonstrates its determination to “make consumers feel secure,” continuously injecting confidence and momentum into the high-quality development of the home industry.
