YoYoi Securities (01428) was suspended before market open yesterday pending the release of an announcement containing inside information in accordance with the company’s acquisition and merger regulations. Last night, YoYoi announced that the transaction involving Ant Group’s acquisition of YoYoi has been approved by mainland regulatory authorities, with all preconditions fulfilled. The deal is expected to be finalized by March 30. YoYoi shares resumed trading today. Approved by Chinese regulators YoYoi stated that on March 15, Ant Group had complied with the relevant provisions of the “Regulations on the Administration of Overseas Investment by Enterprises” regarding high-value non-sensitive investments…
