Iran's Foreign Minister Meets with Oman's Foreign Minister
Third Round of Indirect Iran-US Talks Begins

The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on the 26th, stating that Iranian Foreign Minister Amir Abdollahian and Omani Foreign Minister Badr al-Busaidi met in Geneva on the evening of the 25th. The statement said this marks the official start of the third round of indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States. It indicated that Abdollahian outlined Iran’s stance on nuclear issues and the lifting of sanctions during the talks, emphasizing that the success of the negotiations requires the other side’s serious attitude and avoiding contradictory actions and positions. Badr al-Busaidi expressed that Oman appreciates Iran’s determination to resolve issues through diplomatic means and hopes the negotiations will achieve a mutually satisfactory outcome. (CCTV News)
