On March 11, Chengdu Bank announced that it recently received the “Reply from Sichuan Financial Regulatory Bureau Regarding the Qualification of Huang Jianjun as Director and Chairman of Chengdu Bank Co., Ltd.” (Chuan Jin Jian Fu [2026] No. 76). The Sichuan Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved Huang Jianjun’s qualification as a company director and chairman. After obtaining the qualification to serve as a company director and chairman, Party Committee Secretary Huang Jianjun assumed the roles of Chairman, Director, Director of the Strategic Development Committee of the Board, Member of the Committee, and Chairman and Member of the Special Authorization Committee for Credit Approval of the Board.
