Every time it collapses, it's my emotions that fall apart; I am not in my best state when holding positions.

Only when I am completely out of position can I see this market clearly.
Once I have a position, I always can’t help but check whether I’m making a profit or a loss, can’t help but imagine the trend of my holdings, always only looking at the assets I hold and missing the bigger picture of the entire market.
Being out of the market makes me feel relaxed and at ease.
Holding a position constrains my observation skills and many other things within a very small scope.
Enjoying being out of the market is like breathing fresh air; being in a position is like being in water, making me unable to move.
