Luckin Coffee's Q4 2025 total net revenue was 12.777 billion RMB, up 32.9% year-over-year.
On February 26, Luckin Coffee (OTC: LKNCY) announced its Q4 and full-year 2025 financial results. The data shows that in Q4 2025, Luckin Coffee’s total net revenue reached 12.777 billion RMB, a year-over-year increase of 32.9%. For the full year 2025, total net revenue grew by 43.0% year-over-year to 49.288 billion RMB; by the end of Q4, the company operated a total of 31,048 stores, with over 450 million cumulative transaction customers.
The financial report indicates that in Q4 2025, revenue from self-operated stores was 9.547 billion RMB, up 32.0% year-over-year; revenue from franchised stores was 2.847 billion RMB, up 39.2%. GAAP operating profit for the quarter was 820 million RMB, with an operating profit margin of 6.4%.
For the full year 2025, revenue from self-operated stores was 36.243 billion RMB, an increase of 41.6%; revenue from franchised stores was 11.594 billion RMB, up 49.7%. Full-year GAAP operating profit was 5.073 billion RMB, with an operating profit margin of 10.3%.
In terms of store operations, Luckin Coffee added 1,834 net stores in Q4 2025. By the end of 2025, the total net store increase for the year was 8,708, bringing the total number of stores to 31,048, a 39.0% increase year-over-year. Among them, China (including Hong Kong SAR) had 30,888 stores; overseas stores totaled 160, including 81 self-operated stores in Singapore, 9 in the U.S., and 70 franchise stores in Malaysia.
Regarding customers, in Q4 2025, the average monthly transaction customers increased by 26.5% year-over-year to 98.35 million; for the full year, the average monthly transaction customers grew by 31.1% year-over-year to 94.15 million.
Luckin Coffee stated that the company actively explores the deep integration of corporate social value and humanistic care, continuously incorporating sustainable development concepts into daily operations. As one of the first companies to respond to the “Tae Flower Convention” by providing accessible environments for people with disabilities, Luckin Coffee opened its first barrier-free store in Hangzhou in December 2025 and actively promotes standardized, replicable employment programs for people with disabilities nationwide, further improving inclusive work and consumer environments.
