[Red Packet] Pursuing a long-term trend—how to stand out in a weak market?
Hello everyone, I am the trend expert who focuses on leading stocks and trends, skilled at capturing logic. Logic never dies, and trends never end. [Taogu Ba]
What I lose is not truly mine; what I seek is often hindered by obstacles.
Last week, the A-share market broke below support, with growth stocks defying the trend, showing extreme differentiation; computing power, solar energy, and photovoltaics became safe havens, while large-cap and cyclical stocks faced pressure!
Most comments are stuck at key points.
Tuesday’s Huadian Liaoning Energy surged to five consecutive limit-ups.
The rebound in computing power also made a big wave; Shunwang, Yunsai, and Capital City provided excellent low-entry opportunities. But the market quickly shifted, and those who were positioned need to switch fast, or risk returning to previous lows.
For example, on Monday, Jinkai New Energy hit the limit-up three days in a row—repeatedly. By Friday, there was differentiation. Those slow to position or escape are getting beaten. One word sums up the current market: Difficult.
Another example is Wednesday morning’s pullback in oil & gas, Intercontinental, and Tongyuan. Only low-entry positions worked; Thursday’s high chase for arbitrage was too slow—being a step behind not only misses gains but also invites losses.
(Answers can be found in the comments.)
In such circumstances, extreme grouping becomes the market’s core.
Opportunities are created by waiting.
For example, Huadian Liaoning Energy and Shenzhen Huafa A have raised market heights, pushing the limit-up streak to five.
If the market doesn’t pay attention now, a new main upward trend could emerge.
The ultimate bottom is the start of a new rise. You can refer to last September when the market first hit five limit-ups, followed by the launch of Shan Zi High-Tech, Da You Coal, Antai Group, and in October, Pingtan on Hainan, and Dongbai Consumer.
Investing involves risks; please trade cautiously! The case shown is from [Tonghuashun], screenshot dated 2026.3.22.
Stay patient, resist impatience, resist temptation, and avoid frustration.
Others laugh at me for not moving; I laugh at them for not understanding.
When the time comes, a single strike will seal the deal.
All patience will turn into a grand pattern.
In a bear market, naturally, it’s about accumulating strength. All trends are chaotic, only the leading stocks determine the universe!
Finding the leading stock (L-head) is essential for every trader.
L-heads are generally categorized as: Emotional L, Leading L, Central L, Catch-up L, Positioning L, Trend L, and Pullback L.
How to identify them?
Emotional L: Usually the market leader, like last September’s Shoukai. When the market is suppressed to the extreme, Shoukai fearlessly breaks through five limit-ups, leading a collective rebound of low-priced stocks. Later, Shan Zi, Antai, and Dayou emerge with emotional cycles, followed by themes like Dongbai and Pingtan.
Currently, the market is under heavy suppression. Only Huadian Liaoning Energy and Shenzhen Huafa A, driven by good news, managed to reach four limit-ups. The market’s ZJin (Zhongjin) won’t actively attack now, and the current trend is prone to repeated L-heads.
For example, this morning’s Jinniu HG, which hit a limit-down yesterday, managed to recover more than half today—showing ZJin’s oscillation.
Leading L: Usually the big boss in a sector, like Yunnan Energy KG, leading the entire computing power sector to strengthen.
Following that, a batch of catch-up L-heads appeared, such as Jinkai XL, Huadian NL, Hanlan GF, Shunna GF, etc.
The core is low-priced breakout stocks like Huadian LN, which suddenly surge ahead.
This aligns well with the current market, where low-priced stocks are rising sharply. It’s this kind of stock leading the repeated oscillation in computing power, with logic unbroken and trends ongoing—simply doing C-price trades.
Compared to this, in such a market, a very strong trend L-head is usually independent of the overall market, often held by institutions with C. High control makes it fearless of market fluctuations, with autonomous trends. For example, currently, Fars S is almost unrelated to the current market.
Another example is yesterday’s L-head, which has retreated. As the name suggests, it’s an L-head that has fully adjusted, plus the computing power’s good news. Shunwang, Capital City, Yunsai, Tongniu XX, and others rebounded 10-20 points over two days.
Central L: The largest, most stable, and most reliable stock in a sector. L-heads lead the charge and set the height; Central L provides support, stabilizes, attracts popularity, and manages divergences.
L-heads are the vanguard; Central L is the stabilizer. Without Central L’s support, L-heads can’t go far; without Central L’s backing, the sector is just hot air.
Understanding the characteristics of L-heads helps you know where to go during market ups and downs.
Opportunities may appear after tomorrow’s index settlement and sell-off—be patient and wait for the right moment.
Better opportunities will still be announced in the comments.
That’s all for today.
