Nanjing Qixia and Jiangning District Release "Shrimp Farming" Policy
Nanjing Qixia District and Jiangning District have announced special support policies for OPC×OpenClaw. Qixia District released the “Qixia High-tech Zone’s Measures to Support the Integration and Development of OpenClaw and Other Open-Source AI Intelligent Agents with OPC,” which states that, relying on the Qizhi OPC Cloud Platform, deployment services for OpenClaw and other open-source AI tools, along with supporting development kits, will be provided free of charge to developers. The platform integrates mainstream AI development frameworks and open-source code libraries to enable rapid access to production resources. For developers registered in the OPC community, free computing resources and subsidies for domestic top large model API calls will be provided, supporting hourly and daily rental of “elastic computing power” to reduce initial technical costs. Additionally, the OPC community “Zijin Star” located in Zijing Mountain Science and Technology City in Jiangning Development Zone has launched the “Lobster Six” special policy, creating a full-chain entrepreneurial support system from six dimensions: computing power, space, capital, talent, scenarios, and services. It states that developers renting AI computing resources for development applications can receive up to 30% subsidy based on the computing power contract amount, with a maximum annual voucher redemption of 2 million yuan per user.
