Today, the State Council issued Order No. 837! With only one month until implementation, starting July 1: buying U.S. stocks again requires reporting.

Someone asked if individuals can report in advance; currently, only the corporate filing chart is available below, and the detailed regulations for individual filing have not been released yet. It will be out by the end of this month at the latest.
Individuals who do not report starting July 1, whether you buy U.S. stocks on an exchange or through a broker, regardless of whether your funds are legally transferred out, will face confiscation of profits and fines.
