ENTERED CRYPTO IN LATE 2024 WITH ONE

SIMPLE DREAM: CHANGE MY LIFE.

I wanted to turn a small amount of money into something that could change my life.

Back then, I wasn't focused on learning. I wasn't studying charts or understanding market cycles. I didn't even know what proper risk management was.

I was chasing the thrill.

Every day I saw people sharing massive wins online. Coins were doing crazy numbers, and it felt like everyone was getting rich except me.

So whenever I saw a coin pumping, I jumped in.

No research.
No plan.
Just pure FOMO.

Sometimes it worked.

And honestly, that was the worst thing that could have happened.

Those early wins made me feel smarter than I really was. I started taking bigger risks, increasing my position sizes, and eventually using leverage because I thought I had figured it all out.

Then reality hit.

I opened one of the biggest trades of my life after an altcoin broke out. Social media was full of bullish predictions. Everyone was expecting higher prices.

I went all in.

A few hours later, the market started falling.

I told myself it was temporary.

Then it dropped more.

I kept holding, hoping it would bounce back.

It didn't.

Within days, most of my account was gone.

I still remember staring at the screen, not believing what had happened.

That loss hurt more than losing money.

It exposed my mistakes.

I learned that the market doesn't care about hope, confidence, or opinions.

It rewards discipline.

That experience changed everything.

I started studying. I learned risk management, position sizing, and how to follow a plan. Most importantly, I stopped trying to get rich overnight.

I'm still learning today.

I still make mistakes.

But now every trade has a reason behind it.

Looking back, that painful loss was one of the best lessons I ever paid for.

Sometimes the trade that breaks your confidence is the same trade that builds your future.
