About BCD (BCD)
Bitcoin diamond (bitcoin diamond) is operated by the bitcoin diamond foundation. It is a bifurcated coin of the bitcoin block, abbreviated as BCD. It will bifurcate when the bitcoin height is 495866. After this block, a new bitcoin series chain will be formed and bitcoin diamonds will be generated. Bitcoin diamond miners will use the new work verification algorithm to start creating blocks, and will gradually add transfer privacy protection and other functions to the original features of bitcoin, which will lead to the bifurcation of bitcoin. The original bitcoin blockchain will remain unchanged, but a new branch chain can be separated from the original chain. The new branch is the same transaction history as bitcoin until it forks, and then generates unique blocks forked from it. This process will lead to the birth of a new cryptocurrency. We call this new bitcoin bifurcation chain bit diamond.
