Gate News: On March 18, Circle Internet Group (NYSE: CRCL) announced the appointment of Kirk Koenigsbauer to the company’s Board of Directors. He will serve as a member of the Compensation Committee and the Risk Committee. Koenigsbauer has over 30 years of experience building and expanding global enterprise software and business cloud services. Currently, he is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft’s Devices and Experiences Group, responsible for Microsoft 365 and Copilot businesses. During his tenure at Microsoft, Koenigsbauer led the transformation of Microsoft Office to the cloud, launched Office 365, spearheaded the development of the integrated productivity platform Microsoft 365, and helped establish Microsoft’s security business. He has extensive experience leading large-scale cloud platforms, enterprise AI services, and digital infrastructure widely used by individuals and organizations worldwide.
