Ledger Hires Former Circle Executive John Andrews as CFO to Prepare for IPO

Gate News reports that on March 20, according to The Information, crypto hardware wallet manufacturer Ledger has hired former Circle executive John Andrews as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to prepare for a potential initial public offering (IPO). John Andrews previously served as Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at stablecoin issuer Circle and was involved in its IPO efforts. Additionally, Ledger is opening an office in New York to expand its U.S. operations. John Andrews stated that due to current market volatility, the IPO plan may be delayed.
