Gate News reports that on March 21, Electric Capital released a research report on RWA (Real-World Asset) yield assets. The report analyzes 501 real-world yield assets and cross-references them with currently active tokenized assets on the blockchain. The data shows that only 34 yield assets have an on-chain scale exceeding $50 million, mainly concentrated in U.S. Treasuries, private credit, corporate bonds, and non-U.S. sovereign bonds. The remaining 93% of yield sources have not yet achieved effective on-chain integration, constrained by seven categories of obstacles, including legal structure restrictions, technical challenges of asset-backed securities, and difficulties in integrating commodities and computing infrastructure into reality.
