As mentioned yesterday, BTC is targeting 96,000, ETH is targeting 3,180. Due to the upgrade, ETH surged first and has already broken through 3,200. BTC is still hovering around the same area.
However, BTC is still the leader in the crypto space. Yesterday, we traded ETH because of the upgrade, but today the suggestion is to trade BTC.
As we said before, if BTC holds 90,000, we look to 96,000. If 96,000 holds, then we can look at 100,000. Currently, it's hovering around 93,000. You can calculate the risk-reward ratio.
Shorting BTC is not recommended; it's better to go long on BTC. Considering the risk-reward ratio, it must be greater than 1.5. You can open an initial position at 93,000, and if it goes down, add in two more batches. Set your stop loss at 89,500. Keep the total position size the same as before, 3%-5%.
ETH is too strong right now. It's best to wait for a clear bearish candle on the hourly chart or higher before considering a short entry. Going long on ETH is risky now.
