I can't take it anymore, today I decided to cut my losses and exit.

Honestly, I really feel unwilling—an entire month's worth of profits, all wiped out in this single pullback. Watching my account go from green to red, then even redder, the first thing I do every morning is check the charts, and the more I look, the more anxious I get.

I was thinking about holding on a bit longer, just in case there was a rebound. But last night, staring at the candlesticks until 3 a.m., I suddenly realized: I'm gambling, not trading. Forget it, I'll take the loss—preserving some capital is more important than anything. The market is still here, there will be more opportunities. For now, I'll just take a break.

Only realized at 3 a.m. that I was gambling. Bro, this epiphany came a bit late.

It wasn't until 3 a.m. that I realized I was gambling. I guess this realization is still in time.

I became clear-headed—watching the candlestick chart at 3 a.m. was truly a turning point.
