#ETH走势分析 Lying in bed in the early morning, unable to sleep, staring at the ceiling and reviewing today’s trades, I realized I’d fallen into that familiar trap again.

**Why did I blow up again?**

To put it simply, I overtraded. More than a dozen trades a day, sometimes even more, wanting to catch every move, my hands itching whenever the price moved. Then comes the chasing—chasing the pump and dump, impulsively opening positions, trying to recover losses, losing control and adding to positions... Eventually, I ended up frantically chasing every entry point. Especially when I saw others in the group showing off big wins from major moves that I missed, I’d get instantly frustrated.

But thinking about it calmly, 3 to 6 trades a day is enough, no more than 10 at most. Overtrading only leads to poorer judgment.

**What does it look like when my mindset collapses?**

My head is full of these thoughts:
“Why didn’t my limit order get filled again? So annoying.”
“Are these bots just here to snipe my entries?”
“Should I just go all-in on this one?”
“I’m really pissed off.”
“If only I held through that pullback earlier, could I have made it back?”
“Screw it, I’ll just market buy in.”

As soon as I start thinking like this, emotions are in control. Trying to recover losses, using more and more leverage, getting angry when missing entries... The original “small position probing + strict stop loss” approach becomes “I want to win it all back in one go + taking big gambles.”

**A few warning signs I’ve summarized:**

Signal A: Constantly complaining about limit orders not filling, bots sniping entries—this is my most common trigger for blowing up.

Signal B: Starting to curse at the market, the exchange, or myself—with all kinds of swearing, “I’ve lost it,” “Can’t believe I missed out,” “So pissed.”

Signal C: Saying things like “all-in,” “full position,” “max leverage for the fastest recovery”—this is the most dangerous impulsive mode.

Signal D: Saying “I don’t dare open the trading app,” “I’m furious”—already in the zone of emotional loss of control.

And another one: Repeatedly saying “If only I knew,” “Missed out on so much,” “Missed the move”—this kind of regret leads directly to revenge trading on the next order.

**Today’s live trading on December 5th:**

$ETH Three trades:
First trade: Short at 362, closed at 361, +20u
Second trade: Long at 3126, closed at 3132, +15u
Third trade: Long at 3168, stopped out at 3120, -133u

The first two trades were relatively steady, but the third was a classic case of chasing highs and refusing to admit defeat.

I’m done for now, giving myself a break, taking half a month off to cool down.

Chasing the high on that trade directly cost me 133u; this is the price of acting out of spite.

That trade where I chased the high was a classic case of losing my composure—I don't even dare to look at my trading history.

Chasing at the top was indeed a signal C. Once the all-in mentality kicks in, it's all over... My self-awareness in this area is pretty good; the key is whether I can truly let it go.

Bro, this third trade is clearly based on emotions. The moment you chased the top, your mindset was already gone.
