#加密生态动态追踪 Crypto Market Cycles: Where Are the Opportunities with Each Restart
Looking at the patterns over the years, the end of the year and the beginning of the new year are often times of testing. Bullish momentum wanes, bearish sentiment spreads, and the bear market camp reemerges.
With 2026 on the horizon, crypto enthusiasts face two paths:
One is to take advantage of price dips by accelerating accumulation—use available funds to buy in and gather chips. The other is to stay patient, keep dry powder, wait for genuine bottom signals, and then make a one-time bottom-fishing move.
Mainstream coins like $ZEC are also not immune to this cycle. The key is how you prepare—whether to take proactive action or wait patiently. Every choice reflects an understanding of the market rhythm.

Haha, coming to persuade me to buy the dip again. You said the same last year. I'll continue to buy the top.

Hey, you're using the cycle theory again... Sounds good, but it's really just betting on human nature.
Alright, I'll come clean. I do have some bullets, but this time I've learned to be smart and will wait and see for half a month.

To be honest, we've heard this cycle theory too many times. The real bottleneck is whether you have ammunition and whether you have the courage to really dive in during panic sell-offs.

Here comes another round of the ripening cycle. I think most people will still get caught in the trap of trying to buy the bottom.
