The year-end sprint atmosphere has already spread throughout the entire community. Many people are focusing on the same question: how far can a project go with a clear direction and concrete plan?
From the community's trends, many nodes and participants are working hard to achieve stage goals of 1u, 5u, or even 10u. The underlying message is quite simple — builders know what they are doing, and participants understand what the goals are.
This "aligned goals and mission-driven" atmosphere is becoming the new foundation for many projects. With planning, conviction, and persistence, the community gains cohesion. Whether they ultimately succeed depends on execution, but at least the direction is correct, which is worth paying attention to.

1u to 10u? Sis, that's way too conservative a target. Can you give me a 100x ambition?
---
Execution is the key; having a plan alone is useless. It depends on whether the team is reliable.
---
The concept of centripetal force sounds good, but how many can really endure until the end?
---
Even with the right direction, it's pointless. You still have to wait for market feedback.
---
Background? Ha, wait until the coin price drops 50%, then we can talk about cohesion.

1u, 5u, 10u... They all sound good, but the key is whether the team can really deliver later on.
---
Having a clear plan indeed makes it easier to attract people, but these days, there are too many sweet words spoken.
---
The worst thing is when everyone has the same goal but executes differently, leading to a project ending in failure.
---
That's right, at least this kind of atmosphere is much better than being aimless. Having a direction is always better than having none.
---
Are we all so competitive by the end of the year... Betting directly still depends on the team's track record.
---
Cohesion tends to disperse much faster than it gathers.
---
This round definitely feels more energetic than the previous few, but we still need to observe for a few months before making any conclusions.

Come on, how many projects can actually be executed? What's the use of just shouting goals?

lmao execution is where 90% of these projects dump their roadmap into /dev/null tho... direction's cute but where's the actual gas optimization on-chain?

Basically, it's about looking at execution capability. No matter how beautiful the plan is or how clear the goals are, without supporting incentive mechanisms, it's all in vain. Historically, many such projects have failed.

This sounds nice, but how many can really live to 10u? Execution is the key.
---
It sounds good, but ultimately it depends on who is really working in the trenches.
---
Having the same goal often gets stuck on the three words: poor execution.
---
Alright, let's see what tricks can be pulled out for the year-end sprint, hopefully not just another paper in the second half.
---
Having a direction and plan is useless without liquidity; everything else is pointless.
---
I believe in community cohesion, but there are also quite a few who run off with real money.
---
From 1u to 10u? Sounds great, but 99% of the time it's just an illusion.
---
I've seen this kind of atmosphere more than once, and most of the time it just dissipates.
