There's a new product from BOSS's clip robot, and it will start selling tomorrow night. This thing looks pretty good — the monthly yield can reach around 15% to 20%.
Interestingly, the rent for the first month is directly paid with BOSS tokens, roughly equivalent to $500. The profit distribution is also quite thoughtful: 30% goes into the protocol pool for token holders to share dividends, and the remaining 70% is burned directly. This kind of mechanism design is quite interesting, as it both takes care of ecosystem participants and controls token supply.
It seems that many projects are experimenting with the play of using tokens and burning them simultaneously. Whether it can really produce results depends on subsequent performance. If it really launches tomorrow night, there will probably be quite a few people paying attention.

It's another burn mechanism, sounds just like the prelude to a rug pull.

15%-20% monthly yield? Another new profit promise, who still believes it?

15-20% monthly rate? That's a bit outrageous. Feels like the risk should be proportional.

ngl the 70% burn mechanism sounds nice on paper but... path dependency matters here. historically precedent suggests these aggressive deflationary structures either work brilliantly or crater spectacularly, no middle ground. stakeholder alignment question is real tho—curious how they're handling the incentive dynamics when early adopters get the token subsidy.

Hey wait, a 15% monthly yield... this number sounds so familiar
Another burn mechanism, I really don't know how long it can last
