#比特币与黄金战争 ETH If your account hasn't broken through 1500U yet, listen to a realistic piece of advice—

What you should be learning now isn't how to get rich quickly in the short term, but how to preserve your principal and avoid losing it.

I previously mentored a friend who started with 1200U from zero and, in four months, grew it to 25,000U. Throughout the process, there was no liquidation or major drawdowns. How was it done? Not by luck, but by using three seemingly simple but very stable methods.

**Capital allocation is the first rule of life**

Divide that 1200U in SOL into three parts, 400U each:

- 400U for day trading (set a maximum of one trade per day, don’t be greedy)
- 400U for swing trading (only act once every ten days or half a month)
- 400U as a reserve (in case the account loses, there’s still a chance to turn things around)

The core logic is: never go all-in. Once you’re fully invested, you risk dying quickly.

**Market filtering is the second rule of life**

Not every market condition should be traded. Sideways markets are especially tricky—I’ve seen too many people get wiped out here, accounting for 80% of all losses.

If the trend isn’t clear, stay in cash and wait. There’s no such thing as "it might go up"; only "it’s definitely going up" or "it’s definitely going down." Remember this: markets change every day, but your principal remains every day.

**Discipline rules are the third rule of life**

When BTC is highly volatile, it tests your patience the most. So rules must be set in advance and followed automatically:

- Stop-loss at 2%, treating it as normal trading cost
- When floating profit reaches 4%, close half
- When total account profit exceeds 20% of the principal, take 30% of the gains immediately
- Never add to a losing position

90% of people can’t turn things around because of this—wanting to gamble, hold on to losing positions, or hoping for a rebound. In the end? They hold on tighter and deeper.

Now that friend’s account has stabilized above 50,000U, and more importantly, they no longer need to watch the screen overnight. Just spend five minutes a day glancing at the price, and the rest of the time, work and live normally.

If you really want to turn things around, remember this: as long as your principal is alive, you have the right to talk about doubling it.

Diversify risk, wait for opportunities, control the pace—these aren’t exciting or thrilling. But they can save you at least three years of detours. Want to make quick money? The fastest way in the crypto world is often—slow down first.

Sounds right, but very few people can actually do it.

To be honest, most people die because they are unwilling to slow down.

That's right, but most people just can't do it. They get itchy during sideways trading and only feel comfortable after making a move.

It's all just tricks, the same old story divided into three parts. People who truly make money will never post long articles teaching you how to do it.
