The quantum computing defense plan, to put it simply, is just leaving a backup route for future bankruptcy... This wave does have some real stuff, no hype, no blackening.
The layered design part is worth pondering. The bottom layer is stable, the upper layer is flexible. This logic is similar to the tiered liquidity pools in dark pools. Good morning everyone.
