Sitting in boredom, the physical exhaustion, reading until I have a fever—none of that counts as tired. Waiting for the market is the real fatigue. A market cycle can take 1 year, 2 years, 3 years—waiting consumes life, and more so, it takes away my youth that will never return. The economy has cycles; people are no longer young.

Trading is the loneliest profession. Surviving is each round's requirement for oneself. Those old friends I once joked and laughed with, I no longer know where they are.
