The routine every morning is to scan various market narratives and hot topics, then review your mid- to long-term investment targets. This way, you can seize short-term hot opportunities without deviating from your long-term core holdings logic. The market changes daily, but as long as you can distinguish which trends are fleeting and which are genuine opportunities worth waiting for, you can find a rhythm amid the volatility of crypto assets. The market tells stories, but stories and fundamental realities are still different. Mastering this balance is the key to long-term investing.

That's right, but you need to clearly distinguish which stories are about cutting leeks.

Well said, but I'm afraid most people can't tell the difference between hot topics and opportunities at all, and in the end, they still get cut off.

That's right, the key is not to be led by short-term narratives.

It sounds good, but this is how I do it: I wake up groggy in the morning and check the market. When I see it’s down, I start "long-term value investing"; when it rises, I regret not going all in. At noon, I change my tune and say it's a false breakout... Cycle after cycle, my core holdings are born through self-deception.

That's true, but I think most people simply can't do that. They are led by hot topics every day, move at the slightest wind, and end up blaming the market.
