I think I should say something, to organize my thoughts, or it doesn't matter what I say. It's just to regain control of my life because I suddenly quit smoking. The emptiest time is actually right before bed, not knowing what to do. During the day, I can busy myself with random things—watching the market, making reckless trades, or just browsing videos of beautiful women—all to get a tiny, insignificant dopamine rush. But before sleep, I need to calm down. Due to the sudden nicotine withdrawal, my dopamine levels are lower than usual, and I haven't adapted to this state yet. So this time feels especially lost, and I also miss the sense of control I used to have—holding a cigarette between my fingers, feeling it burn, inhaling and exhaling. Maybe I should just write something casually, vent a little. That's it.

Oh, by the way, I also tidied up my desktop, and it feels pretty comfortable.

You just need to develop a new habit, instead of a cigarette between your fingers.
