I’ve noticed a pattern: many major Web3 organizations and foundations hire a bunch of very "interview-savvy" talents. Their resumes and experiences look impressive, but none can truly present a standout Web3 case. However, they are very skilled, and the side effects often only become apparent after 1-2 years, by which time the sunk costs or gains have already been realized. Only those who truly understand the nuances know the tricks, but they are often too lazy to point them out.
