Laurore Ltd is the largest new holder of the BlackRock Bitcoin ETF, with Jane Street following closely behind.
Mars Finance reports that according to a post by Jeff Park, Chief Investment Officer of ProCap, on the X platform, the latest 13F filing of BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) shows that Laurore Ltd is the largest new holder, with an estimated holding of approximately $436 million, and holds only the IBIT asset. Jane Street is the second-largest IBIT holder in Q4 2025. Notably, Laurore Ltd currently has no official website or publicly disclosed background, and no historical investment portfolio. Its company structure indicates it is a Ltd entity.
