U.S. December inflation higher than expected, U.S. stocks open lower

Mars Finance reports that according to Gate Market data, at the opening of the U.S. stock market, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.23%, the S&P 500 declined 0.28%, and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 0.58%. Technology stocks performed poorly, with Oracle down 2.5%, Intel down 2.3%, and AMD down 1.4%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index decreased by 1.7%.
