After going to bed early and waking up early, I find my energy is really strong, and I have so much time. I will never stay up late again; staying up late damages my skin, weakens my body, and affects my work. This year, I also quit smoking cigarettes, and I no longer drink alcohol or go to bars. Maybe it's because I'm getting older, and naturally I’m no longer interested in those things🤣🤣
