TechFlow News from Deep Tide: On March 23rd, according to Cointelegraph, Anthony Scaramucci, founder of SkyBridge Capital, stated that Bitcoin's (BTC) current bear market can be explained by the four-year cycle theory, with long-term holders concentrating sales near the $100,000 psychological level being a significant contributing factor. He predicts that BTC prices will resume upward momentum in the fourth quarter of 2026, initiating a new bull market cycle.

Scaramucci pointed out that institutional investor inflows and continued capital influx into Bitcoin spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have exerted some restraining effect on BTC's four-year cycle, but have not completely eliminated its traditional cyclical patterns.
