While most people are still debating which AI model is stronger, the real watershed has quietly shifted to another issue: who controls the distribution of data and computing power.


This is also why I’ve been repeatedly looking into @0G_labs recently.
It’s not simply about creating a blockchain or an AI tool, but about building a comprehensive modular infrastructure for the AI era, including a decentralized data availability layer, storage layer, and an execution environment tailored for AI.
This structure essentially addresses a fundamental question: how to reconstruct the ecosystem if AI no longer relies on centralized cloud providers.
What strikes me most is their approach to data availability. Traditional blockchains emphasize transaction data consistency, but AI requires high throughput, verifiable data streams—these are fundamentally different paradigms.
0G chooses to separate the Data Availability (DA) layer and optimize it specifically for AI scenarios, which is a technical judgment rather than just narrative packaging.
From an industry perspective, the value of such projects isn’t in short-term token prices but in whether they truly support the operation of future AI applications.
If AI Agents start to go on-chain, the demand for infrastructure like 0G will be rigid.
This isn’t a project just for storytelling; it’s more like laying the groundwork for a path that most people haven’t yet realized.
