Juli Nachricht, berichtet von Chainwire, dass die Bitcoin-native dApp-Infrastruktur Midl eine Seed-Finanzierungsrunde in Höhe von 2,4 Millionen US-Dollar abgeschlossen hat, angeführt von Draper Associates und unterstützt von Draper Dragon. Das Projekt widmet sich dem Aufbau einer nativen Smart Contract-Ausführungsumgebung im Bitcoin-Hauptnetz, die dezentrale Anwendungen ohne Abhängigkeit von Sidechains oder Cross-Chain-Brücken ausführen kann. Midl befindet sich derzeit in der Testnet-Phase, und das Hauptnetz wird voraussichtlich bald online gehen. Mehrere frühe DeFi-Protokolle sind bereits im Testnetz online, und über 20 weitere Projekte befinden sich in verschiedenen Bereitstellungsphasen.
