Laut ChainCatcher hat die führende türkische Digital-Asset-Plattform Paribu die Übernahme der größten lokalen Kryptowährungsbörse im Nahen Osten und Nordafrika (MENA), CoinMENA, bekannt gegeben. Die Transaktion wird mit bis zu 240 Millionen US-Dollar bewertet. Durch diese Übernahme wird Paribu vom türkischen Heimatmarkt auf die MENA-Region mit hoher Krypto-Adoptionsrate expandieren und zwei gültige Digital-Asset-Lizenzen von der Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) sowie der Zentralbank von Bahrain erhalten.
